Introduction
The College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (CRPNM) is the professional regulatory and standards organization for Registered Nurses in Manitoba. It is governed by an eighteen member board of directors - two thirds are registered nurses and one third public representatives. The college works to assist registered nurses in achieving excellence in professional nursing practice and participate as full partners in shaping health services. The College is accountable for promoting good nursing practice, preventing poor nursing practice and intervening in cases of unacceptable nursing practice.
