The CRPNM By-Laws require that all members will report to the College, within 30 days:
Please log in to your Member Portal to update your profile information. This includes information such as your home address, e-mail address and employment information.
If your e-mail address has changed, log in with your old e-mail to access your account and update your information.
Changed Your Name?
The name you are using in practice needs to be the same as your name on the register.
If you have legally changed your name, for any reason, you must update this information with the College. You can fax a copy of the legal document that shows your name change to (204) 888-4841 or send a scanned copy to email@example.com
