Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Canada Examination (RPNCE) Postponed- Graduate Psychiatric Nurse Registration Available
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to rapidly evolve, the Registered Psychiatric Nurse Regulators of Canada (RPNRC) have been working with its high stakes examination provider, Yardstick Assessment Strategies (YAS), to ensure we are following the advice of health experts and governments. We take the health and safety of our employees, volunteers, candidates and all stakeholders seriously.
Based on the various directives for adherence to social distancing measures, we have made the decision to postpone the upcoming May 2020 Registered Psychiatric Nurse Canadian Examination (RPNCE). This decision was not taken lightly, however, we feel it is an important step to protect the health and safety of everyone involved. The exam has been rescheduled to August 19, 2020.
Graduate Psychiatric Nurse registration will be available to the Brandon University 4th year Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing (BScPN) students once they have completed their senior practicums.
